You acknowledge that any inaccurate data submitted could result in harm to Mortgage Network and you agree to indemnify Mortgage Network for any losses sustained by reason of inaccurate, false or misleading data submitted by you.

You agree to indemnify Mortgage Network and its directors and employees on demand against any liabilities, costs, claims, losses, expenses and damages (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising out of or relating to any breach of this agreement by you.

Wesley Sellew and Mortgage Network reserve the right to amend this agreement from time to time.
